CEBU, Philippines - In line with the 448th commemoration of the providential finding of the image of the Santo Niño, SM City Cebu and the Basilica del Santo Niño de Cebu celebrated the opening ceremonies of Kaplag: Expressing the Face of Jesus in art in the Year of Faith 2013 last April 28.
