AboitizLand unveils Priveya Hills 2

CEBU, Philippines - The positive market response for the company’s latest luxury residential project and premier community prompted AboitizLand to unveil the second phase of the Priveya Hills one full year ahead of schedule. The latter phase was supposed to be launched later this year, however, the developer decided to introduce it to the market earlier than expected due to the remarkable sales turnout of the first phase. According to AboitizLand marketing manager Leorelei Ylaya, Priveya Hills Phase 1 which was launched last March 2012 is now 80 percent sold, thus considered to be a classic AboitizLand success story. She cited that a significant bulk of the buyers’ profile is represented by existing clients, particularly buyers of Pristina North, and prominent local and Chinese families. The P3.2-billion residential project is a 60-hectare master-planned development located in the green northern valleys of Talamban, Cebu City. Priveya Hills phase 1 has a total project cost of P533 million, encompassing 113 lots in its 10-hectare property. It has started its construction period in the second quarter of 2013 and is targeted to be completed in the third quarter of 2015. Amenities to be constructed for phase 1 will include the entrance that will be completed in the 4th quarter of 2013 and the expansive linear park which connects the North and South Park. Another five percent price increase is expected to be implemented on May 1, following the six percent appreciation this month. Meanwhile, Priveya Hills phase 2 entails a project cost of P417 million and is located close to the clubhouse and amenity area covering one full hectare of the property. The eight-hectare phase offers 89 lots that range from 400 to 1,000 square meters in size. Construction for phase 2 will begin in the second quarter of 2014 and is projected to be finished by the third quarter of 2016. The centralized amenity area will feature walking and jogging trails, a multi-functional clubhouse with function rooms, an infinity swimming pool and a multi-purpose court with bleachers and recreational spaces. Prices per square meter for the lots of both phases range from P14,000 to P16,000. The private village of Priveya Hills also boasts of a very low density of 13 lots per hectare for a sense of expansive space and privacy within the community. The entire community has 45 percent green open space with a total of three hectares of parks and 2.1 hectares of landscaped terrain. Ylaya further revealed that the company shall launch a new house-and-lot project in the northern part of Cebu to be dubbed as “Almiya”. She said that Almiya which will be introduced in June 2013 is primarily intended for the upper middle class market segment. AboitizLand is an affiliate of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, counting 19 years of leadership in the real estate industry and developing 400 hectares of Cebu into residential, commercial and industrial communities. The developer has a growing client base of over 2,200 vecinos, 35 merchant-establishments and more than 50 corporate entities.
